I come from the town of Česká Ves in Jeseníky, I graduated in architecture and I love to create, but even more I gravitate towards being outside, towards movement and seeking out adventures. For me, motion is a natural and inseparable aspect of life. From athletics and floorball, through running, swimming and biking, to a bunch of other sports that I have tried over the years. Long story short, without movement, I would feel incomplete.

Before footbike, there was a bike for me, and the bike literally brought me to footbikes. How? In 2018 I set on a 1500 km journey from Czechia to Romania, and there, during the Banát Festival, I got acquainted with Yedoo footbikes. When I returned home, I put the bike aside and switched to Yedoo Steel and then Trexx.

n 2022 I got “drafted” to the BKG team by coach and training manager Jakub Navrátil, but it wasn´t too hard to convince me. In my premiere season in the Rollo league I finished third in the main category and with the girls we snatched first place in teams. A year later came a knee injury that temporarily kept me off the game, but thanks to the thorough and consistent rehabilitation process in Darkside Movement, I could get back on track.

In 2024, I plunged into longer distance races of the SDK series and orienteering with our newly established BKG branch Ó-BKG, because, why get lost with a footbike only, if you can do it also with a map in your hand? In 2025 then came my first insanity: Kickdistance race from Bordeaux to Paris, 600 km with the time limit of 50 hours. I finished in 47 hours and 20 minutes.

On the road I love high speed and off the road I go for adrenalin and freedom. Sometimes I just pack my things, load them on my footbike in a bikepacking style and venture into the countryside – ideally to places where I can taste some delicious cuisine. Because, for me, footbiking is not primarily about the kilometers and effort, but mainly about the joy of movement, discovering new sites and tastes.
